Springtime in Matlock ...
Unable to travel to Spalding on Saturday to see Belper Town, so headed up the A6 (OK using the train !) to see Matlock Town play Farsley Celtic. Several blizzards and one stoppage (line clearing) later, it was nice to get into a nice warm clubhouse ! Matlock took an early lead and had several chances to improve in the first half ... but it all went wrong after the break, and the unscheduled stoppage part way through the second half seemed to be the key - Farsley scoring twice to go back to Leeds with all three points.
